| 01.08 In July, Kirkke and I we had the great honour to visit the French Bullmastiff kennel "Du Mont de l'Aigle". We met very friendly breeders Franck and Isabelle, their lovely daughter Marie-Eve and their fantastic Bullies. Our visit resulted in a wonderful 2-month-old male puppy that joined our way back home. We had been waiting for that little baby for quite a long time :) We are happy to present you the little - Bolero Du Mont de l'Aigle, "Nero". breeder/eleveur : Franck Meurice, France

En juillet Kirkke et moi nous avons eu l'honneur de visiter l'elevage "Du Mont de l'Aigle" à la porte de la Normandie. L'accueil était inoubliablement chaud et fantastique. On va jamais oublier nos petites recherches et questions sur la flore et faune locale (que belles vaches...). Il faut absolument ajouter que nous étions fort impressionnées par le sérieux et le dévouement de Franck et Isabelle en élevant leurs Bullmastiffs. Comme le résultat de notre voyage un "petit prince" à l'age de 2 mois s'est bien installé chez nous et nous sommes très heureux de vous présenter Bolero Du Mont de l'Aigle, "Nero" et les photos sur notre voyage si bientot que possible. | 14.05 - ESTONIAN WINNER SHOW-05 Bullmastiff - Harry Tast, Finland Mastino Napoletano - Eva Mjelde, Norway Today we had a very strange Bullmastiff ring - an anecdotical and disasterous at the same time, I'd say. There were 11 entries, the competition was extremely high (due to beautiful Finnish dogs), because all the Bullies were of an outsatnding quality (I've been to Bully ring for 10 years) and yet 2 of them received "sufficient" and 2 of them "good", but for what??? No one understood, why? Among them were ch-titled dogs... Every each of them was worth an "excellent" today. I was very happy to see such a high class but I was very disappointed in the result, especially in open class male ring. Congratulations to those who survived and managed to the podium! |
